I am planning another trip to both places in the Spring of 2009. Contact me if you are interested. I will also be home in Southern California for Thanksgiving and Christmas 2008. I love pictures. They can capture a memory and put it on paper for you to remember as often as you want. Pictures let you watch people grow up from a distance. They can reasure a broken heart and fill the gaps that you might have missed. Pictures can bring smiles and tears but best of all, they never let you forget the things you hold dear. Shaylen is SO beautiful and your pictures are absolutely amazing.
Thank you so much for your eloquent and kind words Brittnee. I was honored to be asked to photograph this little one. She is precious. I felt a special affinity for her as I was adopted too. I pray she will carry with her the same thoughts and feelings about being adopted as I have all my life. I have always believed it is truly the unimaginable and sacred gift of love.
